About Coach Cindy
Cindy Giardina is a Certified Co-Active Coach trained through the Coaches Training Institute and a graduate of the comprehensive ADHD Coach Training program through the American Coaching Association. She is the Founder and President of Kaleidoscope Coaching Services. Her professional experience spans over 30 years of office administration.
As a coach, Cindy partners with adults and students who have the talent of ADHD. She understands first-hand the challenges of AD/HD and how it impacts ones life; Cindy is passionate about helping others recognize their strengths while developing strategies and techniques to work with their unique challenges. Cindy was diagnosed with ADHD at age 42 (after returning to college for a BA – graduated at age 45 with honors); and for more than a decade has advocated for her son who also has the talent of AD/HD – (he is a 2008 graduate from Johnson & Wales University with a Associate Degree in Culinary Arts and is currently attending Fairleigh Dickinson University pursuing a BS).
Cindy is committed to continuing her education and is currently taking an advanced AD/HD coach training program through the ADD Coach Academy and is enrolled in the 10-month Leadership Program through the Coaches Training Institute in North Carolina. She is the co-founder and facilitator of the ADHD Book Club, meeting weekly via phone discussing the latest adult ADHD books on the market. She also co-facilitates an ADHD monthly forum through the Coach Training Institute with other ADHD Coaches.
She is very active in the national Attention Deficit Disorder Association (ADDA) non-profit organization as a Board Member and Membership Chairperson. A member of the International Coaches Federation where she has earned the Associated Certified Coach (ACC) credentialing. Cindy is also involved in the NJ Professional Coaches Association, as well as various other organizations.
