Kaleidoscope Coaching Services has a 4-step process of working with clients customized to their individual needs.
Step 1 - Getting to know you
Begins with an in-depth “discovery session” of what it is you wish to “change” in your life as we explore your strengths, challenges, desires, values and passions. We will uncover patterns in your Life, such as exploring your work and employment history, education, relationships, social skills, health – including eating, exercise and sleep, Finances, and what you do for fun/pleasure!
Step 2 – Identity – who you are?
We identify your behaviors and learning styles, self-limiting beliefs, inner conflicts and messages that keep you “stuck” from moving forward in your life. This is a big step in Awareness -- becoming AWARE allows you to move forward and make changes. You cannot change what you don’t acknowledge.
Step 3 – Structure- Creating Order
Here we will develop a plan to keep you moving forward. We will brainstorm new ideas and perspectives and design a “system” that will work for YOU to help you stay motivated, focused, unstuck and in action.
Step 4 -- Empowered Action
We will implement your plan so that you can take action to reach your goals. As a result you will feel more empowered, confident and sure of how you want your life to be and what you need to do in order to make that vision a reality.
